Busy busy lately got another Clutch show this week to go see. Got approved to take my State exams for Architecture. Going to pick up my bass practicing. Been fishing alot (technically alot of sitting). all good times.

So the first day of married life came and went faster then anyone could have expected. It was the most perfect wedding and reception that any one could have planed and i have to say thank you to my WIFE! she did great. WE did great. Well we will have a new addition to the farm on Aug 9th. We went and looked at sharpei puppies yesterday and will be getting a baby girl in 4 weeks. Cat has named her Bella as in Isabella, I want to call her Izzy :) she's little.

It has taken me awhile to update this. I look back and all I can say is life is busy. Cat and I went to Wyoming a few weeks ago to see my friend Andrea get married. It was a very pretty wedding and it was great to see Andrea and Kevin and the place where they grew up. Wyoming seemed to be a pretty place but not much to do other then drink and make babies.
Next month we are going to Vegas for a wedding, Which is going to be alot of fun. I hope to get a chance to see my friends that live there which happen to be Andrea and Kevin and hopefully also have the time to meet friends that I game with.
It's freakin hot here already and I think we had a kinda monsoon last night but I passed out kinda early and just heard the thunder.
My office is changing our work hours. As of July 1st we will be working 4 10's WOOHOO I will have Fridays off yeah ya. Our office currently has half days on Fridays but having the whole day off will be awesome. Saving 60miles of commute is huge since gas has gone through the roof and shows no signs of stopping.
Well thats all for now I will think of something else soon.

Well I am 29 now woohoo. It is almost Xmas and i need to buy just a couple more things. yay. Coming to the end of the year I start thinking about stuff that i want to do better next year. I have come up with one thing so far. That is to make sure I am healthy both mentally and physically. We will see how that goes.

So last week started off with me having a flat tire and needing to replace the front 2 tires on my car. Cool got them replaced so I had all 4 the same tires on my car again. Well this week started off with me getting another flat tire on the way to work. Get to the office put the stupid donut on now I will head off to the tire place at lunch to see if they can fix my tire.

So it has been awhile since my last update. Whats been going on?
Well living in the new house has been great!! Lots of space so we aren't stepping over each other and the dogs. I have a yard again so I am trying to get used to cutting the grass and the bushes again. Got myself a little push power lawn mower and a leaf blower and I just borrowed Icey's flame Thrower this weekend to burn down the backyard weeds that have gotten out of control cause I haven't been quick enough to get rid of them.
I was the Best Man in my best friends wedding back in February and the wedding was in Lake Gevena Wis. and it was freaking cold but lots of fun.
Work is still going very well, really busy but I got a raise on Friday woohoo :)
Gas prices have gone through the roof again WTF thankfully I got a raise. lol
I has already been on the 100's here and just going to get hotter.
We are going on a 4 day Cruise in September which should be lots of fun. I have never been on a cruise.
Other wise it is business as usual. Hope everyone is doing well.

Well it looks official. Arizona will become the first smoke free state. You will be able to smoke outside patios, some hotel rooms and private lodges...[AZ PROP 201](Moose lodge her I come). There will also be a 2cent tax added per pack. Unfortunately the RJ Reynolds Prop [AZ Prop 206] did not pass, this prop would have allowed smokers to smoke in bars and walled off restaurants just like we are familiar with now. But it doesn't stop there folks, another prop passed [AZ Prop 203] this prop ADDS and 80 cent that's right 80 cent tax per pack to go to early childhood programs. This tax will be on all tobacco related products, including the products to help you quit smoking such as nicaderm. So to all my smoking partners I guess I will see you on the street.

Ok so I thought it was food poisoning but maybe it was just the flu. Cat and I got deathly sick Saturday night. I was out at Icey and WWJD house and about midnight Saturday night started feeling like crap like my stomach didn't agree with what I ate. Then by 2am I was throwing up and continued to throw up till about 6am then cat woke up and was throwing up all morning. Cat is still home in bed and I am dealing with all the muscle pain from the aftermath. The reason I say it my be the flu is that ange's sister-in-law's household had the exact same shit happen to them at about the exact same time. Really freakin weird. We where all together Friday night and the only thing I had to eat there was a piece of the shamrock cake...........maybe it was that dam green cake LOL. Anyway like I said I am doing better today and cat is starting to feel better and I hope that everyone that got hit with this shit is feeling better too cause it really SUCKED!

Why is it that I feel like the only persons bitching about the gas prices. You know i said a gas station that was selling the low grade gas for $3.38. When will we all start and take action again. I mean are we going to wait till it hits $4.00 maybe $5.00. I dont know about you but i shouldnt feel like $1.75 is cheap. cheap would be $0.80 like it was just a few years back. Oh but its the summer gas?!?! BULLSHIT! this price increase is happening everywhere not just where a different blend of gas is used. There is no reason for it.

So for 3 days now I have been trying to return the new phone I got. And today will be the last straw. My advice to anyone buying a cell phone. DO NOT buy from an INDIRECT DEALER. Make sure that who ever you are going to use for a celluar provider is a direct dealer for that company. You will have a lot less headaches.

So I went to the KORN show last night and it was freakin awesome. They played everything thing I wanted to hear. Now I can't hear. The rining in my ears is insane. I would have to say that the Dodge theater is a really good place to see a show.
So life has been busy lately. Up until last weekend I have been working everyday. So there is some much that needs to be done around the house since there hasn't been time to do it. I believe the rest of this month will not be as busy so there should be a chance to catch up.
Finnaly we got rain. I think it was like 145 since the last time it rained and boy did it rain alot, not only that but there is snow. I was driving to the concert yesterday and you could see snow on the mountains to the north. I don't think I have ever seen that in the 7 years I have been here. It was really cool to see.

I broke my dam finger! I was at the urgent cre for 3 hours last night for an exray showing that it was broke. Then today had to get a referal from my doc to see a hand doc which cant see me until the 21st which sucks. so much for bowling right now. my doc doesnt think it will heal in 10 days well i think it will and it will be wrong and then this hand doc will need to do surgery. that will piss me off even more. today sucks!

So I got this sickness somehow and it put me in bed for Tuesday and Wednesday. I rarely call out of work but I just couldn't do shit for 2 days. I am feeling better today, still have a bad cough and my nose is still running but I don't feel like I have the flu any more. So Vegas was good. Had a lot of fun lost money but still had a good time. I was proud of myself. I played in the poker room for 4+ hours Saturday night and came out $5 a head playing 1-3 table. I should have stopped when I was up about $75 but we all know how that goes. The trip back was fine I am just tired of driving. Trying to get back into the swing at work and make a list of a the stuff that needs to get done. Other then that I was hoping to come back from Vegas and it not be hot but I heard it was going to be 107 today. Sucks!

So last night I went to one of the greatest concert that I have ever been too. Now I have been to many concerts and I have seen NIN many times. This was one of there greatest shows yet. Cat got me tickets to the show for my birthday (early B-day Present). We got floor tickets(moss pit) and for the act that no one new we where like 6 people deep from the front. Then Queen of the Stoneage came on. They where pretty good live and we where only 4 people back. Then NIN come on and holy shit the place blew up! You couldn't move except to make sure you don't fall with the wave of people pushing in every direction. There was this one guy at the beginning of the show that was getting me so pissed off, hanging one me hanging on cat just being a huge dick to everyone around. Now this dude was about as tall as Rainy about his size too. Now what I need to know is how to inflict as much pain and damage to this guy with no room to move. But what he really needed was a full on ass whooping to the point of not knowing who his mommy was. After that the show was great. They played so many songs that I wouldn't have thought they where going to play and it was awesome. So today I cant hear very well and my neck is a little sore. I will be back at the gym today and then Thursday leaving for Vegas. What an awesome week so far.

Well this was a party filled weekend!!! We sent Darkangel off to Ireland with a bang Friday night. Then on Saturday night the Surprise Party for Heffe Went very well, but next time the gang decides to get the big man drunk you all are helping me carry him up the stairs! Sunday was a recover day for the most part. I need to give a big HAPPY B-DAY to all the people with B-Days this week I know of atleast 4.

So what else? Oh my sister Has been gone for a week now and we are still trying to get the house back in order. Not enough hours in the day. This month is flying by.

Ok so the warranty company got me a rental which is cool. Its a dodge stratus and the spooky thing is the interior looks just like my car. Well the dealer says that they got approval to do all the work that is needed on my car and it should be done tomorrow...wooohooo. So not much else going on.

Well my weekend was all wierded out. It started off by me having to take my car into the shop because my A/C was making so really loud and bad noises. Come to find out that about 75%of the A/C unit has to be replace (thank something for extended warranties). Friday night we to a charity bowling event with the people from work... That was a lot of fun. I bowled the best series that I have bowled in awhile...221,181,233 so I would guess to say that I am ready for bowlin to start up again. Then after bowling cat Darkangel and I Stood in line to get the Harry Potter Book. Barnes & Noble said that there was about 2,000 people there at midnight and we where 3 of them. And would you believe it cat finished the book last night! Saturday I found out that Kiwanis park has a wave pool. Who knew! Sunday tried to do nothing but had to run to JCPenny's and I got a couple of pairs of pants and then hung by the pool.
So now that today is Monday I find that the warranty company needs to come and verify that I need to change all the parts that the dealer says I need to change. So I have to leave work early and go get a rental car....The cool thing is that the warranty company is picking up the rental tab.

Ok I tried to update the other day and it got all screwed up so this one will be short.
IT'S FREAKING HOT!!!! I woke up today and got on the road like I always do and the weather guy on the radio said it was already 100!?!?!?! At 6:50 this morning. I want to give big PROPS to Jefe and the new "PIMP PAD DE LA JEFE" which he just moved into at the beginning of the month and has lots of new toys and lots of fun projects ahead and like Dave said all Jefe needs is an expresso machine and I probably wouldn't sit under the misters at CR...GOD BLESS A/C!!!
So the dragon is getting huge!! I will post the first pics that I took of him along with some pics that I take tonight. I am working on building him a new cage but I need to get some fundage first. My sisters Boy friend is coming to visit her next weekend so that should be interesting. Other then that not to much.....STAY OUT OF THE SUN!

Its almost the end of the month and i havent had much to say. My sister has been in town for a couple of weeks now and she will continue to be here until the middle of August. Went car hunting for her and a friend this weekend, spent too much time in the sun....damn its hot out there. The little addition to the zoo(trickster) isnt so little and more, he is getting big fast. We are starting to look for a new tank for him because he has gotten so big and now is able to get out of his tank. For all those that dont know trickster is a bearded dragon. other then that just trying to stay out of the heat. A Big Congrats to JEFE on getting a house... now i get to move a TV thats bigger then me!!!

Well check this out! Phrainq and I drove to Vegas on Saturday! We went up there cause one of Phrainq's friends from Wisconsin was getting married. Left at like 6:30 Saturday morning. Got to Vegas at about noon. The wedding was at 5 so we had some time to kill. Met up with a couple of Phrainq's friends and walked the strip a little. Went back to Excalibur and hit the casino floor...Penny Slots here comes Phrainq. Watched Phrainq play and go up like $70 on penny slots. Then it was time for the wedding. Now this was interesting!!!! I was part of something that I never thought I would be and that was I got to watch Phrainq's friends get married by ELVIS!!!!!! Saying she's your hunk a hunk of burning love and he's your teddy bear... Its was great short and sweet and to the point. After that went and ate and then to the casino floor watched for a while and then Phrainq gave me a hand full of quarters and so I put TWO in the slot machine next to him and low and behold won $60 bucks so I paid Phrainq for the dinner he bought and came home with $20. Then we left at 9p.m. and got home around 3a.m. That drive never gets any shorter.
Well other then that going to go see Star Wars tomorrow wooohoooo!!!! My sister will be here in 3 weeks for the summer to work over at Dessert Sam that should be interesting.

Well everyone I think it's time to hitch hike across the galaxy! Cat and I went with Jefe Dave BTJ Brain Mary and Carolyn to see "The Hitchhickers Guide to the Galaxy. I would have to say it was really funny.

Well whats going on? not too much Thursday is the last night of bowling until the fall. We didn't do to bad this year somewhere in the top 10. It's starting to get HOT! I am really trying not to turn the Air on in the house since it is still getting cool at night.

Oh I had fun trying to find my snake the other day!!! She seemed to have gotten out sometime between Saturday night and Sunday night! I moved almost every piece of furniture in the apartment but no luck. At like 3 in the AM I get woken up by Oscar staring and growling at the dog pillow in the bedroom. Low and behold under the pillow was the snake she got spooked and ran into her new hiding place the cloths hamper. So now she is back safe and sound and still in heat. Anyone need any mice I have like 12 cause she wont eat.

other then that not to much happening other then Congrats to Ange for getting the funds to leave the country and educate herself in Ireland.....I AM PLANNING A TRIP ALREADY!!!!!!

Tonight is bowling night, only a couple more weeks left in this season and we are fighting for a good place this section so good luck to us.

What a weekend

So Cat and I went skiing on Saturday. Wow! We drove and skied through some of the worst weather I have ever seen AZ have. We left early Saturday morning. It was pouring!!! It was pouring all the way to payson and I mean all the way. Then it was clear for a little bit. Then it started to snow!! Then clear, then rain and then snow and then we finally got to Sunrise. Guess what, it was snowing!! It snowed aaallllllllllll day. The mountain got a 12" of snow while we where there. We stay for the night ski which ran from 4:30-9 we only stayed till 7 cause it was snowing. Good thing too cause the Focus was SNOWED IN already! We had to have a very nice guy in a bronco pull us out of the parking spot. So like I said it was still snowing. Well it kept on snowing till I got to Show Low. Then I was driving in some of the thickest fog I have ever driven in. And more snow and rain and fog all the way home. We made it home at midnight and I could not believe that when we got the the apartment it wasn't raining. But I get up stairs and get the dogs ready to take out and it starts pouring again!!!!!!!! It was a GREAT TIME!!!!!.

I forgot to add that before I even got on the hill for the first run i broke both of the bindings on my skies. The AZ Heat just killed the plastic part of the bindings so i had to use rented skies.

Just a quick update. Things have been going well. Busy though lots to do. This weekend Cat and I are planning on going to sunrise to go skiing. I LOVE SKIING!! I havent been and awhile cause snow in AZ sucks and I havent been able to afford to go where the snow has been good. So lets hope it snows a lot up north like it is supposed to this weekend. Where have the days gone??? We are in February already. Been doing a lot of thinking lately and you know that cant be a good thing. Because I come up with stuff like....Why is there water running in the salt river??? Is there not supposed to be a drought in AZ. How come we have not dammed up the river to help fill the canal's???
So I started playing this Civilization III game and it is pretty cool. I am sure most of you have heard of it but its like a combination of war craft and Sims its really kinda fun I am trying to take over this whole continent right now and then....THE WORLD and then.....THE UNIVERSE.
I have been really busy these last couple of weeks, both at home and at work. I worked like 67 hours last week cause I was helping a friend meet a deadline.
Again it has been almost another 2 weeks of this year and tons of stuff changing. Tamara (my friend at work) is moving to Ireland on Saturday :( also our friend Mike is leaving for Alabama today. This must be the year of moving. It started with Pickles Family with his dad moving back to my home state of Illinois and his mom following in the up and coming months. Then Jamar to NY and now this. WOW

So we are 2 weeks in to this 2005 and so far it has been great. Already a lot of changes are happening. This last weekend on Friday we had a little going away party for Jamar, he moved to New York on Sunday. Then on Saturday cat and I had a great dinner and board game bannaza. I went over there in the afternoon to talk to Icey and WWJD about the plans that I had come up with for the backyard. After we got through with that Icey, the chef that he is, cooked a wonderful dinner. Then we played Elvis Monopoly, I think Icey won. The party didn't stop there after that we played 90's trivia, Cat and WWJD where a team I think they won or it was a tie with them and Icey. Then Icey was dying to watch Ali G so we watched an episode of that...I was cracking up. Then Sunday we just picked up the pieces got some stuff done at the house took the dogs to the dog park....I am such a nervous dad, following Oscar around every where. hehe we must have wore Oscar and Madison out cause once we sat down to watch I-robot they where both asleep. So it has been a really good 2 weeks of this 2005 and I really hope the rest of the weeks ahead continue the same way.

Wow whats been going on. Life has been getting pretty hectic with the holidays and stuff. So Last Sunday Cat and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary. Cat cook a wonderful salmon dinner and we went to the Melting Pot for dessert uuuummmm chocolate fondue. Tomorrow we are going to go to the zoo lights. The question that I keep asking is how do they get the animals to stay still so that they can put the lights on them???? Anyway, We are trying to get ready for our trip back to Chitown. I haven't been there for X-mas in about 5 years. It's just too damn cold, but we are only going for 5 days. And we will be back for NEW YEARS.
So my office party is this Saturday and we are going to Marco Polo, I have never been there but I have heard that it is pretty fancy, WWJD would like it. So I will let you all know how that goes.
Other then that not too much going on oh oh oh Cat got me a new plant for our anniversary it is totally cool I will take a pic of it tonight and post later. We also got a Christmas cactus he's cute. I will post that pic later too.

Just want to give everyone a heads up. Say hi! Kinda of a hectic weekend. So the X-mas shopping is in full swing.

Friday went to the little poker thing at icey and Jens. That was fun but everyone went home at midnight and then cat and me and icey and jen played hearts.
Saturday morning had to move a bunch of furniture before the rain came, that was fun. Then Saturday night I had an alumni dinner for the fraternity I am part of. We went to buca di beppo and the active members did a good job of arranging the gathering, but the place is not the greats for really big parties. After that I met cat at the mall and we where going to see a movie but we where not in the mood for anything that was playing so we walked around the whole outside of the mall to get back to cats car, wow to much walking in the rain. So we went to claim jumpers for dessert instead of the movie...mmmmmuuuummummuu good cheese cake.
Sunday was clean and go food shopping. Then we had our Sunday bbq. We smoked like 5 lbs of pork chops, damn they where good. All in all it was a good weekend.

Hey everyone, I cant believe my 5 days off went so fast. It was a very eventful time off. We had the good turkey day, which I spent with Cat's family durning the day and got together with the rest of the apartment crew that evening.
Friday I went over to Pickles parents place for another turkey dinner. That was a lot of fun. I ate so much food in 2 days that I don't need to eat for a week.
Saturday was pelosi's poker party and I am very proud to say that I WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The winnings that I won ended up buying me a NEW motherboard and NEW processor for my home computer cause my putter has been broke since my birthday.
So that's what I did Sunday along with Heffe and Dave. As most of you already knew my putter has been down for a week and we chalked it up to the SCRAPPY LAW(which is, no one knows what the hell is wrong with my machine) until we decided to change the mother board and in the process of removing the processor found some burn marks on the heat sink and the chip!! I was not happy! So we went back to Fry's and had to dick around with the people there to get the processor that I wanted and came back. Heffe and Dave where so kind as to take the time get my new parts installed so that tonight I get to sit there and reinstall the stuff that needs to be installed due to putting those new parts in. So after I took up the guys whole afternoon and most of the evening Heffe Cat and I went to coffee and it seems that we got there just after Phrainq and D and Lauren left. So we Played Taneeb with Monica. Which was fun.
So now I am back to work. Hope everyone gets a good start on the week.

AND MY B-DAY PARTY IS THIS SATURDAY SO THERE IS STILL PLENTY OF TIME FOR ALL OF YOU TO FIND A PRESENT. So its been like a week since the last update. SORRY! So what has been going on?
Well this week I drove to Nogales for the first time in my life wow that was fun. I don't know that it was only 1/2 mile away from the border. I had to go to the city building and deliver plans for a Bank One that we are remodeling. I got stopped by the Border Patrol on my way back I think it was cause I am White. J/k they where stopping everyone. The thing that surprised me was on the I-19 all the sign markers are in kilometers. I thought that was weird I had a hard time figuring out how many miles I had to go. Yeah that freshman high school math comes in handy sometimes I guess.

What else? Oh yeah the Yankees lost to Boston woooohoooo.
Any way I am so tired of the election stuff like Phrainq said to much bashing this, laying that I would just wish that one election in my life time I could vote for the better man for the job and not have to choose the lesser of the 2 evils. Thats all I have to say about that.

It is getting close to Spooky Day and I hope everyone has there costumes picked out, I could use some input and I don't mean being a umppa lumpa or a smurf. I was thinking this one.

This weekend on Saturday Mike and Dee's daughter is going to her fist homecoming dance so Mike asked that I come over Saturday and help give Uncle support. And help be a drinking buddy with Mike until she comes home.

Just so everyone knows 1 month and 1 day to my B-Day!

Hey everyone, I needed to give a huge shout out everyone that got a job this week, or I should say Tuesday. DAVE, RAINY, PICKLE and Derreck!!!!! They all got jobs and if I am not mistaken they are all making better money and that awesome. A really big Hell Yeah to Derreck for getting the job at Toyota. He and 25 other people applied for the job and Derreck got it that's cool. Another Big Hell Yeah for Rainy and Pickle who get to get out of the unemployment line that's GREAT! I wont for get Dave a Big Hell Yeah to him too. It sounds like he might have the opportunity to join the world of the living with the different schedule he will now have. Congrats guys I am really happy for all of you. I would have to say Tuesday was a really good day (ok wednesday morning derreck)!!!!

It is so good to see that Pickle had some time to update his site. (and YES Pickle I will take pics of the tat for you, we can to that at the poker party.) I have to give out big props to cat and ange for all their hard work at school, I know midterms suck and you want to bang your head against the wall.
Yeah so this weekend was very busy I did have some time to chill and play a very intense round of poker and I actually WON WOOOHOOO. There was a point in the night that Icey and I were low man on chip count, but I pulled through and caught a Jack to make a pair to beat BTJ's pocket 7's.
So this week has been crazy already I have already been to Lake Havasu and back, and yesterday I had to drive all the way out to east Mesa to do a site visit. All in all its good since I have spent more time in the car then at the office.
Yesterday was also wing night, it was a good night. Had some good food. You have to try BWW boneless wings they are very good.

It is a sad Tuesday. I will not Be able to attend tonight's Wing Night at BWW. I have to drive all the way out to Lake Havasu for work today to measure a bank. I would normal say this would be a good day because I get to get out of the office. But is supposed to be 100 degrees at the lake and I will be outside the whole time I am there. So I will post when I get back to tell you all about the road trip. I have already donated my dollar to the trivia contest so don't let Phrainq win.

OH and a big woooooohoooo to Phrainq and I for winning 2 quarters of the football game last night!

Last night was one of the nicest weather nights. I opened all the windows had all the fans going and tried to just enjoy and get so well needed rest. DIDN'T HAPPEN! The dogs are still barking at every little piece of grass that blows by the window. Oh but the cool breeze feels so nice just let me wrap up in the covers for a little longer. NOPE! I keep forgetting about the first day that you open the windows after a long hot summer, all the lovely smells and fragrances that just put my allergies in a field day. My head feels like it is going to explode and my eyes are iching and burning so bad that I had a wonderful sneezing fit in the shower this morning and I thought I was going to die. But it was 65 degrees when I drove to work and that makes me happy. So I would have to say that I hope the heat is broken.
In other news its WING NIGHT!!! From the rumors that I am hearing it might turn out to be another big turn out. I tell you all my goal is to take over this BWW. Hope to see as many of you as possible. Oh and one last thing I will win at trivia tonight!

OK, It's ass early in the morning on Saturday and my two lovely puppies, I just want to strangle. The have been having this complex lately that they want to bark at every little thing that blows by the bedroom window. It also seems that the bigger the thing that goes by the louder they want to bark. So now as you can see I am awake. I love the two of them to death but man I hate when they get like this. So anyway

Thursday is my bowling night. The league that I am just started like a month ago and our team is doing pretty good. When I look at the recap sheet this past Thursday we were in 3rd place out of 30 teams. Which is really cool because our whole team knows that we have the ability and the talent to win the league! The season is 36 weeks long and it is split into 3rds. So 12 weeks a 3rd. Each 3rd has a winner and then the last two weeks the 3 winners will go against each other to determine the overall winner. This is my third year bowling in this league and most of you that know me know that that I have been having a hard time at this bowling alley. I haven't held an average anywhere close to what I am used to having. So far this year its starting to come up back to where is belongs. I have to holding an average of about 168 and in the past month it has already gone up to 170 and with the good games that I bowled on Thursday it will be going up some more. I am having a lot of fun this year bowling because I am trying not to be so hard on myself for not doing as well as I feel I should be and it is making bowling fun again. Like I said this past Thursday I bowled really well with a 191 the first game, I did fall off a little the second game and got a 156 but, then I relaxed and was having fun and came back the third game and bowled a 196. So this is getting rather long so I will keep you posted on how bowling is going as the weeks go on.
