Not very cool

So for 3 days now I have been trying to return the new phone I got. And today will be the last straw. My advice to anyone buying a cell phone. DO NOT buy from an INDIRECT DEALER. Make sure that who ever you are going to use for a celluar provider is a direct dealer for that company. You will have a lot less headaches.
